Mike leads on credit control at Black Box, overseeing payment processes and supporting the management of our accounts function alongside Diane. With a strong background in sales and operational management, he ensures the smooth and timely settlement of invoices, helping to maintain the financial sustainability of the business.

Prior to joining Black Box, Mike was Regional Sales Manager within a global electrical wholesale company. He was responsible for running a high-performing, multi-million-pound operation.

With decades of experience in customer-facing roles, Mike brings a solutions-focused and personable approach to client engagement and account management.
